By using this website, operated by Guillermo Castillo MD, Inc., doing business as CELLULA ("Cellula," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Content on this website, including downloadable guides, is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, does not create a physician–patient relationship, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician. Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Regulatory Disclosure

The biologic therapies described on this site, including PDPC+ and exosome preparations, are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of any specific disease or condition. Whether any therapy is appropriate for you can only be determined through an in-person evaluation with a licensed physician.

Consultation Reservations & Payments

A consultation reservation fee of $500 secures your private consultation appointment and is processed securely through Square.
If you elect to proceed with treatment, a $5,000 treatment reservation is arranged during your consultation and is credited in full toward your treatment cost.
Cancellation and refund policy: cancellations made 72 hours or more before the appointment receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not refundable.
Treatment pricing listed on this website is current as of the date shown and may change; final pricing is confirmed at consultation.

This website and our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

Limitation of Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue for any dispute shall be San Diego County, California.
